The sound of the river to the rear of the property only serves to emphasise the tranquillity of the position, and yet the road to the front provides ideal access to so much of the fabulous Portes du Soleil ski area. The ski bus stops just 30 metres away and will take you in a matter of minutes to Morzine town centre in one direction or to the Prodain cablecar for Avoriaz in the other direction . Please note that the ski bus stops at around 8pm and walking to the town centre is not easy (20 minutes approximately).
