to check availability and discuss any requirements. Whilst the website quotes fixed dates and prices we are happy to accommodate any special requests for short breaks, corporate groups etc.

 

2) Provisional booking

When you choose to make a provisional booking via e-mail or telephone we will hold the accommodation for 7 days, within which time we must receive a signed booking form with a deposit of 100 British Pounds for each member of the party or 25% of the total for self-catered groups. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

 

3) Confirmation

On receipt of the booking form and successful processing of the deposit we will send you a written confirmation that your booking is secured. Your invoice will show the remaining balance of the holiday and the date it is due.

 

4) Payment

The balance is to be paid 10 weeks before departure . If the holiday is booked less then 10 weeks from the arrival date, then the full cost of the holiday is required when booking. We can accept a range of payment methods including:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cheque by post
  • Paypal (with a 3% transaction fee)
  • Credit and debit card payments (with a 3% transaction fee)

For all self catered accommodation a security deposit against loss or breakages will be required. This will take the form of a credit/debit card number on arrival and we reserve the right to deduct sums up to £300 to cover any such losses or breakages .
