Whether you want to clock up the miles on piste with your mates or relax in a peaceful yet convenient chocolate-box resort with your family Les Gets is a great option for you. This little resort really packs a punch and when you add Chalet Rossin to the equation, a modern and spacious apartment in a prime ski-in ski-out location, you will deliver a knockout blow to the competition! We are delighted to be able to offer Chalet Rossin again for the fourth year running and in response to popular demand it is now available on a self-catered basis throughout the season for weekly stays and short breaks. Chalet Rossin occupies a perfect spot on the edge of the piste and at the end of a bus route in this upmarket yet unpretentious resort. The chalet sleeps 6 – 8 people comfortably and is a firm favourite with visitors who enjoy the convenience of falling out of bed on to the slopes and skiing all the way home at the end of the day! There are 3 en-suite bedrooms each with powerful and relaxing showers, and a bunkroom that will accommodate 2 extra people. Please note that whilst this room will accommodate adults it is primarily aimed at children, as there are no storage or bathroom facilities. An extra WC and storage room with laundry facilities are located just off the entrance hall. |

| To the rear of the property a large suntrap terrace has claimed many a snoozing victim just a few metres from the piste. On the other side of the panoramic windows the living space bigger and better equipped than many larger chalets, offering first class relaxation facilities such as comfy sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is also a real treat for whoever takes care of the cooking side of things. We've all stayed in self-catered places where you feel lucky to just find a microwave, but Chalet Rossin benefits from a state of the art oven and induction hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The open plan layout provides ample space for the aspiring chef to prepare a feast without being excluded from the rest of the group (the down side being that there is nowhere to hide if you burn the dinner!).
Our prices include a light final clean, all tourist tax charges, and the apartment will contain all essential starter items such as tea, milk and up to date local information. The La Turche area of Les Gets occupies a commanding position above the town with spectacular views across the valley to Mont Chery. This is one of very few genuine ‘ski-in and ski-out' properties in the Portes du Soleil and its position simply can't be bettered. Halfway down a gentle blue piste, the chalet is accessible on skis for all but the totally inexperienced skiers. In the morning, you have the choice of skiing from the back door down to the village to catch the high speed 6 man chairlift, or taking the drag lift that is 50 metres away to the top of the mountain in order to open up the vast slopes of the Portes du Soleil region. Non-skiers are not stuck either as the free resort bus service runs every half an hour from its terminus outside the front door! When the lifts close the area becomes very peaceful. The sun-trap veranda overlooks the slopes and is the ideal spot for an après-ski drink, whilst children will be able to play safely on the piste in an area that is just perfect for sledging! The free bus service runs until around 6 PM and offers an easy way home for those who prefer to enjoy après-ski in the town centre.
